i have a few ideas for some base artifacts, even if they don't get implemented into the game, it will give Dan some ideas for when he introduces them. also feel free to add to the list and if there is already another topic relating to this, then i overlooked it.
offensive--EMP Torpedo--- an electronic charge overloads the shield generators and reduces an enemy base's shield regeneration by 25%, lasts 4 hours
Cryogenic Missile-- Covers an enemy base in a crystalline icy compound, decreasing base Def by 10% for 4 hours
MICE ( Miniature Intrusive Computer Entity--- a small drone capable of removing 1 buff on an enemy base at random, ( cannot be deployed if no buffs are active and can be countered with CATS) instant use, 4 hour cool down
ISCM ( Inter Stellar Cruise Missile )--- fires a HE ( High Explosive) ballistics Missile at an enemy base and deals 10-35% damage of enemy base remaining hull, ignores shields, 16 Hour cool down ( can be prevented by a ACMC )
defensiveCATS--( Trap ) (Counter Automated Tracking System) when active, prevents the effects of MICE and renders the attempt useless, 4 hour cool down ( only one can be active at any time, device is used when enemy MICE are deployed)
Interstellar Time Warp( trap )--- warps away and prevents up to 3 enemy ships taking part in base combat at random, each attack has a 10% chance of activating the trap, effects last 4 hours ( cool down 8 hours )
ACMC ( trap )( Anti-Stellar Cruise Missile Counter-measure ) Fires a ACMC at an incoming ISCM and prevents it from reaching the base, 8 hour cool down.
Orbital Cloaking Device,( trap ) when the trap is activated the attacking Legion(s) lose the ability to see the target base's stats ( attack defense shield and remaining hull ) for 6 hours.
