Heya all,
I think having alot of kills is all well and good but is pointless if you cannot keep your disables down.
I propose a new "tab" in the leaderboard area for ratio. It would work by dividing your kills by your disables.
The people in this board would have to be insane/savage; They could not be in this leaderboard and the one for plain kills; and the Top 10 people could NOT be targeted by people looking in the leaderboard (As this would ruin their radio)

I think that people would have to listen to music on youtube if we wrecked their radios.

I do think the kills leader board is a bit broken. I mean, it's really not hard to rack up kills by sandbagging your level and killing weak players. It's called Stat Chasing and if you look at the top ten in kills, quite a bit of them (not all, but the top three) are Stat Chasers (just after being on the leader board and using the low rank as a crutch).

I do think they should be targetable. I mean, with being on the top of a kills leader board, you're saying "Hey, I'm better than the rest" (not bragging, just as in that's what your stats say) and you should be able to defend that. Otherwise, someone could cloak the heck out of their ship, farm a low ranked player, and get to the top ... that's wrong.

I think the idea of a ratio would be good, but then again you'd have to impose restrictions based on rank and everything because it gets a little harder to maintain the ratio as you get higher in ranks when everyone has essentially the same equipment and when there become less people to target.

So, +1 to a new form of kills leader board, -1 to the top ten not being targetable
