Where are they? You can use Arts on NPCs and enemies, but where are the enemy base arts? There is an option when attacking a base for arts, but what will they be and when will they be ready?

I thought of some.
Charged Ultra-Nanite Torpedo - does 10% hull damage Super High Intensity Torpedo - does 10% shield damage Formed Uber Container of Kronite - reduces defence and attack by 10% but can only be used when shields are down. (Ship needs to get in close to use them)
The problem is the acronyms. Don't think Dan will like them...

Okay, you got me ... there's one. So only rank 350 and up should be attacking bases? or using base arts?

yes there is only one enemy base artifact so far (and compared to killing a Rogue Data Analyzer... this artifact sucks unless you gather up a bunch of them and do major (5-6 digit) damage to a base) feel free to make possible suggestions... after all, this is the Suggestions and Ideas forum

I cant think of a name, but what if there was an artifact that up to 10 can be used, for the cost of 100 energy each, where it would cause a 'hull breach' and prevent the base from repairing 5% of the total. so once one is used it can only be repaired up to 95% of its total strength. These artifacts would affect the base hull up to 50%, for a total of 500 energy used, however, only one player can use one artifact at a time. So, that way the person with the highest ap cant sab the base with all 10 artis. you would need 10 individuals firing these artifacts to get the full effect.
This can be countered with another artifact, which act as a null fuse for base effects. Once again though, only one artifact of this type can be used by a player at a time. so one person can't wipe all the base debuffs. If the artifact system isnt viable, this can be a new skill that costs 2-4 points to use.
another debuff can be a tactical nanodrone, which will install itself into a random weapon or defense, reducing the effectiveness by 50%. up to 15 can be used for a cost of 100 energy each, but again only one of these artifacts can be used per person.
IF the debuff is removed, the player cannot refire the artifact. They can fire different artifacts in a single lock tho. So, if one person wants to cause a hull breach, and sabotage a weapon system, they can. but they cannot cause 2 hull breaches.
