 new positions in legion

emissary can leave the legion and return without loss of loyalty once every 2 days , collects alerts from home legion and when visiting an ALLIED legion shares the alerts with the allied legion, upon return to the home legion the emissary shares the ally's alerts , alerts show on a new button on the legion tab , ALLIED legions would be any with which the legion has a pact , emissary must return within an hour or suffer -10% loyalty per hour cummulatively

elite coordinator has the ability to add +1 reward slot per 3 reward slots on any npc elite that can be shared , can only be used on an elite the coordinator has damaged enough to lock a reward , also has an increased chance to find elite/rare npc's that can be shared ,

medic can repair legionmates' ships free 10 times a day with a 5 minute cooldown between repairs, and it has to be a different ship every time

head scanner can give legionmates a 25% boost in scan 10 times a day with a 5 minute cooldown, a different ship everytime , effect lasts an hour
also only needs 1 red badge to scan an enemy base

property clerkhas their cargo increased by 50%, can send to their legionmates 50 times a day without waiting for a timer , after the 50th time they go back to using a timer, a button is added in the trade tab to send to property clerk automatically


base technician spends 10% less research points to acquire base technology , spends 25% less credits when buying and installing base modules , "fine tune" ability : once per week base technician has the ability to buff the output of the base shipments a random amount between +1% to +50% , with a low chance of backfire causing a penalty between -1% and -50% , effect lasting 3 days , a new technician can only be named once a month



in addition all officers and leaders get an increased bonus to their daily shipments from the base , to the effect of .5% contribution

what do you guys think ?

all the positions suggested need to be limited too...
I would say 2 emissary, 1 coordinator, 5 medic, 2 head scanner, 2 property clerk.

head scanner's buff is a bit too strong I think... 50% is really a lot.
elite coord.... I would suggest +1 spot for each 3 spots or something. 5 instead of 3 is too much of an increase while on bigger bosses +2 is rather meh~~~

technician would have a problem in that the positions can be changed. So essentially, by rotating that around, many ppl can get research boosts.(and while they are not "it", they can research something else first)

Perhaps it would be better if the technician can use the current research item before finish researching it. For example, while other ppl have to finish the CT lab tech before making/using it, the technician can build/use it as soon as he starts on it.

This would put him ahead for quite a while per tech tier I think
