Currently:
After four hits I get an Omicron Trap, another one to four hits and I set of the Krionus Virus Trap, finally after another hit or two I set off the Halcyon Trap.
Wasting 50 or more energy and a null fuse for no gain, no badge. It is not a huge amount of resources but the more you pvp the bigger the losses are.
This doesn't happen every time but it happens enough to be a real pain, one that could be fixed very easily.

Suggestion:
If a player has a Halcyon Trap set, the VERY first attack against them should set IT off.

I agree... the halc used to go off after reaching the hull... now it seems to go off after you have hit a few times

I see your point but it depends I think on what trap was set first

Yes. Traps trigger in the order they were set. But the point is, a Halcyon should be given first shot priority. Just like a QFT. I suggested this same thing shortly after the halcyon was changed. It is possible (unlikely though) that you could take a ship down to one hit without the Halc tripping then set it off on the kill shot. He's disabled even though he had a Halc set. Not very successful in protecting him, eh? This change would be good for BOTH the attacker AND defender.

And I have done this, just to prove the point.

Totally agree. Today, I had a KVT trip before a halc three times. At 101, null fuses aren't easy to come by.
