How about some more tailored options for the repair entry in your settings box?

EG.

Ship Repairs
O Do not allow your ship to be repaired by others.
O Allow your ship to be repaired by any legion member and those legion members who appear in your friends list.
O Allow your ship to be repaired by any other legion members.
O Allow your ship to be repaired by legion members of equal or greater position than you (officers and leaders can rep officers)
O Allow your ship to be repaired by those of greater position than you.
