Post subject:  New research tree and new base tech.

First New base tech.

Artifact Scraping station: Special Space 2 , Let's you scrap artifacts for AP or CTP. The AP you get back would only be 10% of it's cost or you could pick to get a CTP instead for every 500-1000 AP you would get back.


Second New research tree - storage.

This new research tree wont be a big game changer , but would be helpful. Limit 3 mods from this tree at a time. ( please read fully it's not just cargo)

1st level: RP cost 500.
Ship mod: 1 size adds 10 cargo space.

2nd level: RE cost 2,000.
Ship mod: 2 size adds 40 cargo space.

3rd level: RP cost 10,000
Ship mod: 5 size adds 150 cargo space.

4th level: RP cost 50,000
Ship mod: 5 size uninstalled mods take up 1/2 space in cargo. (limit 1 of this mod , still counts as 1 of the 3 max mods)

5th level: RP cost 100,000
Ship mod: size 10 adds 400 cargo space.

6th level: RP cost 500,000
Ship mod: 10 size uninstalled mods only take up 1 cargo space each. (limit 1 of this mod and it can't be added with level 4 , still counts as 1 of the 3 max mods)

7th level: RP cost 2,000,000
Ship mod: size 100 lowers damage cap by 5% (limit 1 of this mod , still counts as 1 of the 3 max mods)

This would be very helpful at low rank as they don't have much storage or the decks to keep everything installed and the last level would be helpful to the bigger ships (without making it to overpowered) so its not a waste of RP.
