After rank 800, make it continue, add 100 attack and 10 decks per 100 ranks, make a new version of the corresponding cannon. This gives people a reason to buy it again, even ultra-conservative spenders like me. This is the only item I would buy every time. I can think of a lot less conservative high rankers (that aren't poor) that would buy it every 100 ranks, or at least once in awhile.

I don't know. I can name 5 or 6 people alone in my legion who aren't buying it until level 8 because that is the max and they don't want to have to buy it again. I know if I bought it at level 8, and it was updated, I don't think I'd buy it again.
