Planetary event artifacts

Basically artifacts that either induce a certain planetary event, increase the chance of random events, or make the events last longer if they are not permanent.
These could be part of a new mission chain, drops from rare bosses or some weak ones (like a small % chance of inducing a planetary event) could even be gathered in basic artifact production.
examples: Note: I am going to use the same effect for all 3 examples
Flux particles: By releasing flux particles into the planets atmosphere there is a chance it could cause a flux storm boosting the cloak of the planet. (the % chance would be low, 1-5% chance, effects would last as long as the random event should normally last)
Flux emitter: structure; size 1, produces a constant but small stream of flux particles into the air raising the chances of a flux storm. (% chance would be 0.1-0.5% per day per emitter)
Atmospheric stabilizers: adds 1 extra day to any random atmospheric events happening on a planet. (can only be used once per event)
