New Race for the no goods : reduces experience gain by -10%
professions:
TV-couch warmer: scan -10%
dinner-table slob: attack: -10%
wake-n-shine 3pm: defense -10%

For those who likes ranking slowly.
(personally I am fast ranker - once a day)

Just a idea?

What are your thoughts? :P

These would go better with you're suggestion , not that I think you made it as anything more then a joke.
-10% max energy
-10% energy charge rate

You could improve you're taste in music , try some rock or metal.

I have jumped a total of 80ish ranks power leveling, and I know the drawbacks of it. I wish there was a -15% xp artifact available, to partially counteract the negative consequences of my power leveling.

hahaha but that will make the power rankers much tougher then the slow rankers, which is the point of the slow rankers :) I don't think thats a good idea the -15% xp artifact. Maybe if it dropped to 95%? thats a 5 drop. That may be reasonable.

I don't think it should be positive, they may be leveling much slower, but they over-power the people who make a decent amount of xp/level. so they will probably earn as much xp after a month from advance research. And start hitting highs on their own ranks and looting more xp from 'winning' a battle. You feel me?
