exclude from base attacks

would like to see an option for leaders to allow them to exclude members from base attacks. im sure others have had the same problem of a few not reading announcements and blitzing a base. a form of punishment like this would be awesome...dont really wanna kick everytime it happens.

I would also like to restrict who can send base invites to others.
