+5 if there is like new 20 spot NPC's (meant to be shared between legions) +1 if there is no new npc's it could be handy for some small legions where is few hi lvl's and even fewer 200+ |

Generally speaking, +1 Quite a few larger NPCs won't fill up in my legion because there isn't enough ppl in the lvl range~ Although, if possible I would like to add the following "rule" NPC can only be shared to pact legions IF there is a smaller # of people under the NPC's share range than the max # of rewards. For example, if its a 3 spot 400-800 (just random pulling numbers, not sure if there is such a range) if there are only 2 ppl in the legion between 400 and 800, then it can be shared by pact. But if there are 3 or more, then it can't. OR, it takes at least 3 days between formation of a pact and the first time at which NPC can be shared.... I don't wanna see ppl selling NPCs.... |
