A lot of people don't find the "stack artifacts" button useful due to the problem of shares. When you stack your artifacts, instead of being 3 shares left for 3 artifacts, there's only 1. This is a flaw that's seriously hampering some player's artifacts boxes, mine included. I might recommend a system like this: **[WORDS] indicates a button [Stack All Artifacts] Time Manipulator [SCRAP] [SEND] [SHARE] [USE] Time Manipulator [SCRAP] [SEND] [SHARE] [USE] Becomes Time Manipulator (Uses Left: 2) [SCRAP] [SEND] [SHARE (2)] [USE] |

What exactly if you then share 1 TM so share become share(1) and then use 1 TM? |

+1000000000000000000000 lost 2-3 RSL shares because of stacking. |

If you npc a lot you have to stack to avoid going crazy, but I've mentioned it before, stacking a sharable should result in a sharable stack. I consider this to be a bug. |

i have always wondered about this.... can you share an artifact and change the view setting to allow nobody to see it, then build up tones and tones of shares and change the view settings to allow them to be claimed as they are needed? kinda like a second storage. |

I may be wrong on this since I've only ever shared a couple RSLs and those were planned for specific people, but I believe the share only lasts for 24 hours (the time before you can share another artifact). If it's unclaimed in that period it probably becomes non-share-able and you've wasted a share. Can anyone confirm that or act as a guinea pig? |

Great +1 I have been needing this for a while now, as it is hard to defend against pvp attacks and reset traps if you have to scroll through 100's of unstacked obelisks to get to your KVT supply. |

No the real issue is I have an RSL dropped, which is sharable, and if I want to wait for my timer I have to have HUNDREDS OF ITEMS unstacked to preserve its sharable state. Utter bull. It is perfectly logical that if you stack two things, and at least one is sharable, you've got to be able to share one from the resulting stack. It is very easy to do this in the code that stacks things together but instead right now it takes the sharable state from the unsharable stack that it gets put into. |

+1 Simple solution: Have the game treat sharables and unsharables as 2 separate artifacts. What I'd see, for example would be this: Time Manipulator (Uses Left: 2) [SCRAP] [SEND] [SHARE] [USE] Time Manipulator (Uses Left: 5) [SCRAP] [SEND] [USE] Once shared, it becomes the unsharable type, and is then stacked with the unsharable set. |

This marginally improves the space issue. I still say the original: Rarek wrote: --> 1 Share used Time Manipulator (Uses Left: 2) [SCRAP] [SEND] [SHARE (1) ] [USE] This shows the number of remaining shares quite clearly in only one line, and really isn't hard for even new players to understand. |

Post subject: | Re: Stackable Shares |
Yeah I would prefer that, my solution is just to give one per stack, but if that was the case we would get full shares out of each stack. Just add the number data for sharable count, then combine it when combining stack item count. |
