as the title says i was wondering if people would like the adition in the base to donate gp

it would have the donate button on the same tab as the donate credits and there would be no minimum or maximum donation

there are only 2/3 things i think that need to be limited on this

1 the donations can only be spent on base artifacts from gp store which would be automatically installed into the base to stop them being taken by anyone buying with base gp

2 a minimum of 10 gp spent by the player id(to stop the initial free ten getting donated and hence restricting multi abuse)and/or a minimum rank for donating to the base

not sure what others will think but would love to hear opinions or changes


ps this could also lead to a whole new section of base artis for dan as a lot of folk wont mis a few dollars or pounds but it could add up and allow for dan to make even more base artifacts even pones that could be only bought by bases

pps plus gives dan more funds to make the game even better with lol

sure. to ungrey the donate button you have to have already spent your first 10 GP and have a minimum rank of say 100 ( that way base GP can only be paid for with real cash)

What about the free offers that get you FB credits and whatnot? You could still have bunches of multis donating piles of GP and still not spend one penny.

hence why i added the and/or minimum rank and to be honest to get a game breaking amount of fb creds and gp from multis that way would take hours and hours would it not??? never tried to earn free creds myself so i really honestly dont know

to earn gp that way you have to value your time at like $2-3 a hour the free surveys just aren't worth it.

then make it 20 GP already spent and minimum rank 100 to ungrey the button.

honestly?...is there a downside to this proposal?
and even if you make multi's to earn f/b credits...doesnt Dan still get his money?
but yeah...think of ways to stop a multi donating and its win for everyone as far as i can see.

thanks mark and yup my piont exactly was it makes bases less expensive to upgrade dan makes way more money so game gets better but it also allows for bases to become another area where the game can grow

some of the ideas i had for base gp spend swere things like pay for upkeep if base was out of credits(i know its a waste but some would prefer that to losing the mods)

new artifacts for the base that could only be baought thru the base store of gp

there are others but would rather see how the main idea is reacted to first
