Strange Signals
Our Scientists have reported strange carrier frequencies coming from an unknown source, help us analyze them and track down their origin

Rift Space
Our work on analyzing the frequencies have lead to the discovery of a new medium we call "rift space" and that the frequencies were just a natural appearance from rift space that occur every few million years.
If we can tap into this new medium, we can send Scanning frequencies across vast distances much faster than the speed of light and with relatively little energy loss and extract information in a snap from anywhere in the galaxy.

Signal bypassing
With our previous discovery of using rift space as a scanning medium, we can also use for cloaking our planets as well, if we can bend space time to a point and create a connection with rift space on a planet, we can manipulate carrier frequencies and have them bypass a planet completely through rift space, however, this is not completely perfect, some very advanced scanning technology may be able to detect this anomaly in the carrier frequencies they use to scan.

tower need to be smaller OR carry some +400-800 cloak on top of its current stats.
Cause due to the +10% scan module, the planet now HAVE TO have the tower(and with current stat, have to have all the orginal stuff too) in order to be 100% safely cloaked.
Which means that ppl now have to give up 5 extra space for NO GAIN if they went with that tactic.

the current design make it good for the lower cloaked planet (~10k especially) but it hurts the higher ones. That's not good imo
