came up with a cool idea while talking with the legion.

make a global notice board/ pin board.
just make it an additional window and allow people to comment to it say once every 12 hours. that way it prevents spamming.
in addition, divide the board in sections or topics, much like the forums. this would allow non-legion members to communicate with the world around them.

my main idea for this is to assist with recruiting. only a small percentage of players access the forums, so allowing a message board would allow new players to view legions and find one suitable to them.

i just came up with the idea so its obvious it has room for refinement.

you're talking about setting up a miniature forum in-game?
just find a way to get people to the forums easier... would be much better in the long run
