Why is it that we are unable to send Phase Cutter Chassis and Space Elevator Chassis, please explain this Dan? |

its most likely for people with mutable accounts and thus cant juice up there own planets |

And its why they are put in (most of the time 1 at least) the lab made arts. that way you cant just get them all from a multi or very quickly from your legion...you have to work for it. |
