Can make a planet (you already own) completely invincible making it impossible to attack, invade or use artifacts! You can have a max of 5 of these shields. NOTES: CANNOT be used on planets that have been attacked in the last 2 months, can be found in a mission unlocked at rank 500 (Please relay if you think this level is too high or low)

Okay, sure. But each round costs a Warp Arch.
