We have a problem in our legion that as soon as our base levels up, people who have researched the next tier of logistics, and are lucky enough to be online, immediately donate massive amounts of exotic matter to the base. Because people don't use much em until the upgrade, the required amount is achieved within a few hours. This means that the players who donated the em have a huge % contribution to the base. In my opinion, donating em should be worth a lot less to contribution (even less that it is at the moment), and energy and tech parts worth more. It means that all players have a chance to get a decent amount of resources when we do resource distribution by %. Not only will this give people who are not online at the time a better chance, but it will also mean that people have to actually work to get a high base contribution.
