So i was looking and i know that we all get annoyed when PVP and ya hit a halycrons when and wasting energy to try and get a kill.
well what if halys were removed and replaced with 3 arts that would stop raids, combats, and hacks, for 4 hours. the art would take action before the offensive action was completed, that would then allow more arts to pull with shipments, more versitility on what one wants to protect, and some more for the market.

they could also be removed by an art such as cm or something made for that effect, that way a person could use the styrll traps efficiently as well

The biggest problem here is that people will not want more artifacts to pull in shipments, because additional artifacts lowers the possibility of the better artifacts (prisoners, androids, etc.) from being pulled.

Although I would agree that Halcyons should definitely trigger earlier.
