Post subject:  containment missles

just a refresher: is it really right that a person with zero actions left can sit there and toss out containment missles like candy and you cant do a thing about it because they have zero actions and didnt ask for any finger pointing nobody was singled out its a suggestion that is all

lol funny hearing one of you guys say it. Not saying that you are all that way but I have seen many from your legion doing it. If we have someone over here doing it let me know. I strongly agree with this still. It can get very old.

Sweet, we can start insulting each other over ideas we all agree about, I'm sure that'll get them fast-tracked for implementation. We all know how much Dan loves that on the forum.

I am purely reactionary, if anything I do seems different from usual it's because there's something different in the environment. Flagitous had to accuse Bemos of whining despite agreeing with him, and Mojo had to call out The Dominion on it instead of just posting agreement. Now, you're calling me out even when you agree with me. Everybody else has gotten worse lately, including most people in this thread, I'm simply dressing to match (except that I'm still the one making good points).

I see 3 different possible "fix" for this:
1. disallow CM(and perhaps any other offensive artifact) if a player is zeroed
Pro: simple
Con: what if the person actully want to do real offensive action but is unable unless CM/debuff is applied first? Now they flat out can't unless they waste energy poking someone else first or something
2. CM(and perhaps any other offensive artifact) used will increase action limit, however, after such an increase toward a specific target, further uses of the artifact and the first disable/hack within the next 30 min toward the same target does not count toward action limit.
(I think you get my drift of the idea~ wanna CM etc to add actions but not multi count... don't wanna bump up limit by 50 for 1 disable lol, regardless of circumstance)
Pro: Probably the most complete solution
Con: Probably complicated to code

3. A new special module:
Enhancement Recovery Drive:
Size 20 Limit 1
Effect: If your buff are removed by a CM, if you are not disabled in the next 5 minutes, all attack, defence, hull and shield related buffs are recovered. If you are not hacked in the next 5 minutes, your scan and cloak buffs are recovered.
Pro: Removes the annoyance factor of CM fairly well
Con: I can see this breaking out new potential problems.....

There might be other options~ If 2 is at all possible, that would be my preference but meh~
