This would allow solo players to be able to combat elites without worrying if they will expire. i know everyone has had an elite expire on them at some time. and honestly the only person being penalized by the extension system is the player who found the elite in the first place, as they cant get another npc to fill the elites slot.
I haven't got the tactical remodulation but that is a very good idea +1.
