Post subject:  Customizable Legion Ranks & Permissions

It'd be cool if Legion ranks could be customizable. Perhaps even permissions could be set. For instance you could call it whatever you liked and set it up in such a way it was whatever you liked. Legions need ways to make members feel and appear extra special to other legions etc. I've seen far too many legions have like 90% of their entire legion Officers + Leaders. Some of these legions fail or inevitably someone gets drunk and there goes your level 3..4...5...6 base you worked hard for.

So it'd be cool if you could make ranks with permissions pertaining to viewing officer comm, base settings (able to allow/restrict on certain things like constructing a certain module that allows people to take cash out of the base), capability of setting announcements, being able to kick other ranks (for example you could create a "Founder" rank that is the person who founded the legion that can not be kicked by Leader/Officer or whatever other ranks you would wish to select.

Of course the founder rank would have to be given upon the Legion being founded. Do game logs show who created existing legions? Those persons could then be awarded the founder position or something of the sorts. Or perhaps it would be made that on a certain day Officers couldn't assume the Founder position but Leaders could then the Leaders would discuss who truly is the founder and it'd be an inter-legion matter if this idea were implemented. Prior announcement would help though.

+1 for recognizing and rewarding active legion members

-1 for forcing leaders to deal with more permissions

-10 for starting the idea with a variation of "Wouldn't it be cool if..."

I agree that new ranks should be implemented and that they should be customizable. I always think that it is funny when I see a Legion in which everyone is an officer but I am not sure what more could be done.

Pretty sure this is a bunch of people's ideas complied into one post, nice job with the effort and I think Dan should look into this :)
