base debuffs.

can only be used when your hitting a base thats higher in lvl than your base. to prevent ppl crying about the high legions are gonna use them on the weaker ones. you cannot stack them.

Mega Drannik Sab- decreases base attack by 20% for 3 hrs
EMP Blast- prevents base from increasing attack, defense and hull......does NOT work on repairing base hull.
Omega particles- decreases base defenses by 20% for 2 hrs.

havnt deicded how your gonna be able to use get these abilities like via badges, lab discovery or using your own bases points to activate them.
just seeing how the idea goes.

6 legions wouldn't be able to use them at all because there are no level 8 bases yet. Also, what's to stop a low level (base) legion from locking, debuffing, then inviting a high level legion to join, thus giving the high level legion an easy (easier) target?

ah yeah i didnt think of that cheers.

what do you think should be suggested to sort that problem out?

aka should it be available to use for lvl 6 base users and use them on other lvl 6 base users and higher or this should only be for the the lvl 4 and lower bases to use to get them started?

Personally, I think with the option of Battle Pacts and the wide variety of base builds, debuffs aren't needed at all. There should not be any legion that can't disable a base every time. After a little intel gathering on bases to avoid of course. Our group for example tracks all the battles we do and rate the targets. If we see something that is hard (read: not worth the energy) we skip it in the future and lock more energy efficient targets. That's why we are able to do what we do.

Considering what can be done to even the best bases in the game, i dont see a reason to have debuffs.
