RSL Flux Station: Findable Ranks 400+ Visible ranks 250-9999 Drop spaces: 60 Primary stats: hull and defence Shield regeneration: The station regenerates it's shields at the same rate as bases do. Abilities (about a 1/10 chance of any of them at all happening): Power surge: Deals damage to attacking ship equal to 25% of combined hull and shield Flux Warp: For 5 minutes, all attacking ships have a 25% chance of missing completely, but the station's attack is reduced by 25%
Drops: Planet flux Old idea:Trans-Entrophy flux harmoniser - Upgrades any Trans-Entrophy Drive mk X to a Hyperflux Trans-Entrophy Drive mk X, giving +25%(?) defence to that module. Better idea: Flux-field drive: Size 20, 50 defence, +3% cloak, limit 4/ship RSL data cache - Choice: 5 CT lab attempts (automatic) or fill your research production. RSL Experimental co-ordinates - Provides the location of a "Manic" world, which the RSL have been performing experiments on. All the wildlife have been mutated beyond recognition. You have to "conquer" the planet from the NPCs. Always VL+ MR research+. Passive +20% research (from the very unique lifeforms). This world would look crazy - bright colours, but with remnants from past planet appearances. Flux driving station - Size 10, Automatically fluxes the planet it's placed on once a week (VERY RARE drop - perhaps only top 5 or 10 hitters even have a chance to get it.

I like that - there aren't any cloak % boosters. I think the other boost should be defence though. I'll change that now.

I'll change that now. coalition database gives a cloak % boost. but i would like to see another one. haha, you cant hide from players scan at the moment... it would be nice to be able to hide again.

Ignoring the exact stats of the thruster/module/cloak reward, what about it as a concept? ie massive elite thing that's very difficult to bring down and doesn't really have any bad drops.

i like the concept very much... but i wouldnt make it available to be found until maybe rank 600 or 700. the shares could remain the same, 250-9999, but there are so many 250s, if they found this, and they were the onlyone who could see it, they would be like, well f***. at least if you start introducing them at a semi-high rank, youre guarenteed that at least a few other players could lock in...
as for the rewards, i like it! as for the shield regen, very nice touch... it would be like a base, but not as threatening... my only question is how do you determine a lock if it regains health? or would it be raided the same as bases, but people who do more damage get to raid more times? as in
top 10- 5 raids 11-20- 4 raids 21-30- 3 raids 31-40- 2 raids 41-50- 1 raid

I meant that when shared, those people could see it. Rank 400-600 would be a good point to introduce it. It's just an NPC, but every X minutes it regains Y shield. Timer starts once it's scanned by anyone. Perhaps 2-3 days to kill it?
Rewards would be standard drops - but say top 20 get 3 drops, next 20 get 2 drops, last 10 get 1 drop. It's impossible to actually "lock" it. So yes, rank based like a base.

Just worked out a solution - 60 drop slots, 60 legion members - no-one left out. There could be a Extremely Rare planet structure drop too (ie less than 5/60) - flux driving station - Size 10, Automatically fluxes the planet it's placed on once a week.

a slight tweak to it maybe instead of a hard 60 and hard stats make the stats matched off the legion average rank and the number of free slots= the number of members in the legion.
