Decent cost, size 1, and as good as the best mines, and can not be sabbed.

This would free up 1 space on a planet and maintain stats when replacing the high-end mines.

Limit 1 keeps it from getting out of hand, but in my opinion would still be worth getting.

This would provide a "badge sink" for players who have excessive red badges even after scanning for bases and getting dominion cannons
