It's the Valentine week already. Last year, we had npc appearing just for that specific period of time. They were really not that great but maybe this year we can make a better version of those npc. how about a size 1 structure with +1 artifact if the planet has 0 other ship scan. this would definitely make it more interesting. comments , suggestions or violent reactions are welcome |

Killed the uncommon NPC, gave an affection disseminator 2.0. Same old structure with 50 more pop & defense |
