A couple days ago someone took a planet from me. I am keeping their actions zeroed but they are repeatedly hitting me with artifacts. My suggestion is that for every 10 offensive artifacts used a ship gets 1 more disable, raid, and hack action. This way they won't be able to sit there while zeroed and spam a person with artifacts without getting hit back.

Hmm...well...how do I put this...I don't want to be rude, but suck it up. It is part of the game; if the other player wants to use his artifacts that he worked for like that, he should be free to do so.

it has been asked for many times that disabled players become pacified. i would like very much to see this. that way, people will be less likely to use 50 artifacts on a player to disable them... or annoy them in your case.

why would you encourage a zeroed or disabled player to not be pacified? i mean... its quite annoying when it happens... perhaps you have not experienced this, but trust me. if youre ever battling someone who stays at 0/0/0 not only can you not exact your total revenge on them, but then you have to deal with them using artifacts on you to weaken you and force you to use artifacts to nullify the effects? thats not right.

Yes it is very annoying. In fact, at one time today, I had 83 effects on me due to artifact spamming. Also, I got this comm message from him: "This is fun. I can hit you with artifacts and you can't attack back"

Completely agree, if you've been zeroed that shouldn't give you free reign to spam people with artis. Not only does it weaken you, it clogs up your feed and can hide boss alerts, planet attacks and other important info. I would go so far as to suggest that for every 5 offensive artifacts you use your actions all increase by one but only if they're on zero.

When you use an offensive artifact against someone from a zero-state, that person has free run from that hot-link. It ignores action counts, just like guarding a planet while zeroed. I'd say that would put an end to the practice.
