I'm not certain this has been brought up before, but I think there should be NPC's that we can all participate on. Every other game I play has a feature like that and I think we would benefit a lot from something like that. What do others think?

I would suggest multiple rank ranges of npcs, and a couple MASSIVE galaxy wide ones..

otherwise, the highest ranked players would always be at the top, with the ranged npcs, we'd have a better chance at being recognized within our peers range..
