It would be nice if there was an NPC drop that increased your chance to make a CT lab discovery by whatever % everyone thinks is fair, could be added to a RSL NPC or maybe add a new one.

Seriously though.... -1. CT Lab discoveries are intended to progressively get harder. This is to reward legions who work hard at the lab (read that as "sacrifice" personal research for the good of the legion)
