Stable Overcharge Revision

Looking through my missions available, i see Stable Overcharge. To me, its not the greatest mission available, and hardly worth doing unless i run out of missions. So, instead of 10 clicks for 10 rounds of completion for a temporary effect, i would like to propose a 1 round of completion 100 click mission that would give us an ability that would give us an additional 5% attack instead of the +25 attack reward we currently get. It may be activated for 50 energy, and is immune to containment missiles, and is usable once every 24 hours, and is active for 8 hours. or, usable once every 8 hours, and is active for 4 hours. whichever, and honestly, it dosnt matter...
what matters is, this mission isnt very good. this would make it a key mission to complete in the list of missions.

I like that idea. In fact, you could extend it to have a 2nd mission to give an unstable overcharge, which gives a further attack% boost, but damages your weapons by 10% when used.
But even this would get a huge +1 from me.
