I think bases should have built in ability's Like what the universal services terminal has but not as powerful ones and more NRG needed to use then tech. I think Each rank of the base should have its own ability that be come unlocked. like having 4 to start then 2 more added per rank of the base. And i think it the ability should be like for 50 nrg once a day the player can add 5% bonus to a production f one planet. have one for mp ap and rp. there has been atk/def boost of arts that where dropped by missions warp gate priory was one of them. maybe a few ability that scale as the base ranks have 30 nrg per rank of the and adds 50 atk per rank of the base and one that adds 50 cloak and one for def. we can all so have for upper rank bases ability's that for 300 nrg adds a 2% bonus to base drops that way people can Chanel extra nrg in resources. maybe even have a way that u can unlock ability per rank to a set few that are hard to get. unlocked by RP nrg mix or some thing but they can be abilitys that for 5000 RP and 300 nrg it spawns a random rare NPC on your BT, i think it would be cool that for nrg RP and that kinda stuff to have dozens of small little thing to pick from with legion base abilitys out side of the supervise terminal.
