With all the lag in the game, why the heck is there now a button to "Show top Damagers" when you're in the Combat Log section. Makes no sense... just more buttons to click on and waiting responses. If i'm in the Combat Logs, it obviously means that I want to see the darn damage stats...

That button actually reduces lag because now the server isn't updating every single attacker every single click. It only has to update those people that open the list, then it closes again when you attack again. It's a good thing. |

The intention might be good but it still does not solve the overall lagging of the game |

I personally don't like it. lol Maybe instead of not showing any of them can you show three of the damage scores? Yours with the place your in and then the guy ahead of you and behind you so it looks like this... 2. Remric The Dysonians 24596 3. Mojo311 The Dysonians 21914 4. Milbrandt The Dysonians 17461 Or something like that? Then have the show all button below or above that. So at least you know where you are and how close you are to the player ahead of you and how close the player behind you is. |

I like the old system where you can see where you are. The current system also make you blind if your the only one attacking the base. |

From a developers point of view this makes sense .. when you have a large base battle and have 100 people clicking attack at the same time .. doing 100 additional calls to the database returning potentially 100's of lines of text at a time could definitely be a potential connectivity bottleneck  it was well and pretty to see it live when you click attack .. but it isn't overly necessary if it improves performance significantly..
