I'd like to see an option where players can simply hit an "upgrade" button to replace old mods with newer, better ones. They would still pay all costs, minus the module selling price of the old mod. This way Hull Points, Shield Points and Energy would not go down due to uninstalling the old module.

Yeah, i always thought it was bit stupid that i immediately have to repair my brand new hull mods... you'd think for a billion credits the things would come fully functional :?

I'm not sure how hard it is to implement this.....
It might or might not be easier to implement a 15 sec buff ability for all players that boosts hull/shield a lot, say 100%, with a long cd for this purpose
it's hardly useful for anything else, cause it takes a ridiculous high internet speed to utlize it otherwise
but it outa be enough time to switch 1-2 modules, which bumps up ur max enough that further switch would not drop ur stats

a better one would be a 1 min buff that cancels itself upon repair of any kind(repair, nano, tri matrix, rank up, shield restore) not sure if that's possible, 1 min would give more time for a few switches to make sure u don't end up short. 1 min is pretty hard to abuse anyway~

just an alternative in case there is trouble with implmenting OP, I'm fine with OP
