I was introducing an idea to entice more people to buy GP. Each 10 GP you buy from the market awards you 1 gold badge redeemable in the battle market. These modules would give the player an edge and these modules would be more effective. What do you think?

CCer's already have enough of an edge in this game with Trinity Cores, Radiant Surge Cannons, FATHERs and Mission Dysons. They don't need any extra boost.

-1 too many players have already sunk enough GP into the game (myself included) that we have no reason to buy again. (i.e. mission planets, fathers, trinity core drive) We would not get badges for that GP spent. And like the others said - there is already too big a gap between wallet warriors and free-play users.

if gold badges are to be introduced, it should be for winning a tournament imo. either double base wars, a pvp tournament, or the victor of a war. With your idea, people get the 'gold badges' by buying gp. Gps are pretty much gold badges, and can be exchanged for a variety of artifacts or modules for their ship.

I do not like the cc idea of this, but some sort of rare badge from daily reward or something might be interesting.

Overall I do agree though, cc (or other GP methods) have enough of an edge already.
