ok too be fair cuz untill you change it i will still use the link to attack people.......but when somone attacks a ship and sets off a trap they should not be able to use an active link from the trap to track down the one they were attacking.

i agree. no link for attacker, but link for defender. this will stop the abuse of unending harassment bu setting off someones traps to get another 2 days.

Exactly my point, you should not give your attacker free rain on your ship from defensive methods. The link is ok if you’re the one launching the artifact, but not if it is set up as a passive defensive artifact. Those traps are to prevent an attacker from attacking you and to give them a free link back to your ship is pointless.

This will be addressed in the next patch update.

never thanked you for making this change Dan..... see this was a helpful one. not all ideas we come up with are to screw the galaxy over. we truly try to better the game for all!!!!
