 Legion artifact storage option

Post Legion artifact storage option
It would be nice to have a ingame option where legion members could deposit artifacts to a legion pool where other legion members could draw from it.

too easily abused by MULTIS, unless its ONLY tradeable artis allowed.. in which case, im not so against this
