A race that has the ability to temp flux your planets. Same timer as the resource races. The player can not have executed a offensive action in 5 days. Great for the PVErs. Mission Chain and bells and whistles. Just idea.. If you keep a good cloak and do your flux probing you should be able to keep most of your good planets... ? |

This sounds like an acceptable resolution to another thread where someone is crying about losing their planets to people who like to steal. |
