Seeing how there's been multiple suggestions for more red badge items, I figured to think of a consumable to make actual long term use of them.

Cost: 40 Red Badges
Bezerk Targeting Algorithm
A vigorous hacking process to temporarily increase weapon proficiency towards enemy players.
Boosts PVP attack by 20% for 6 hours. Slows down energy charge rate by 20 seconds while the effect is active.
Cannot be removed by artifacts.

Way over powered. Currently you already have tons of buffs for attack. Let's see...

Crystal +5%
Obelisk +10%
Crim Amp +15%
Crux +10%
Shockpulse +20%
UST Tues & Sat +10%

So, 5000 attack to start becomes 5000*1.05*1.10*1.15*1.1*1.2*1.1=9643. Almost double. Throw in Konqul and its 11571 or Drannik and it's 13500.

With your idea, a Drannik would end up with 17550 which is a 3.5 multiplier over basic attack from mods and TOs. People'd be able to autorank on a ridiculously low amount of energy.

Not necessarily. You need to add in damage caps and such. While it would definitely get it closer to needing 9energy/rank to auto rank,


However, I do agree -1, we already have enough NPC debuffs.

Perhaps a PvP buff instead?

Didn't think much about the buff stacking for NPC specifically. Swapping to PVP - as suggested, upping to 40 Reds and lowering to 20% on main idea. Should probably be lowered more to 10-15..

What base scans don't consume enough red badges? paying 2/base and I run out daily. granted I skip level 4s and sometimes the level 5 is not good enough or certain legions lock ridiculous bases and share, but still I never have enough badges and I kill 2-8 people daily between elites, bases and missions
