upgraded version of drannik ballistae

 can we get an upgraded version that is the same exact thing except it doesn't have the -40 energy

+1 mainly because I have to switch 12 things twice everytime i rank up..... (for space issues)
OR (and this would be a new thread) create a lock on the ship module tabs so that they don't reset back to the beginning every time you click a button.
