Again? This gets brought up every month or so and gets lots of lovin' from the slow rankers. It just doesn't make sense in a realistic way. Every time you do something, you learn from it. So every time you do something in the game, you should get xp from it. The xp boosts are like studying your actions after you do them. An xp nerf would be like getting hit in the head with a baseball bat and suffering amnesia. If you want to slow rank and not gain experience, don't do anything. Hack, scan and dump your energy into your base. We don't need another artifact that 90% of the people won't use.
