Post Bases
Does anyone else think that there needs something to be done to empty bases? I was just thinking what about if there is a base with 0% active members that you can take it over if you are not in a legion, what does everyone think about this idea? Is it any good or realistic or over powered?

Suppose so, but it would balance with the fact that lower ranked people could start up a legion with a level 3 base, which would balance the disadvantage of them not being able to disable bases as easily, but i appreciate what you are saying there
