Does anyone else think that there needs something to be done to empty bases? I was just thinking what about if there is a base with 0% active members that you can take it over if you are not in a legion, what does everyone think about this idea? Is it any good or realistic or over powered? |

Suppose so, but it would balance with the fact that lower ranked people could start up a legion with a level 3 base, which would balance the disadvantage of them not being able to disable bases as easily, but i appreciate what you are saying there |
