Now how would I explain this?

for most of the research tree, I have researched a lot of..."boxes" and I keep having to click on each one to get to the last one. and that's for nearly all the studies (Weapon, Defense etc). It's kind of annoying and I might not be the only one who thinks so. I think it should stay put at the level where the unfinished one (current "last" box) is shown.

and yeah. they do need to do that... its annoying...

also, they need to expand the research tree. imo at least once a month, or bimonthly. theres no way i should have been able to finish it... i started the game a year after it began.

There are little arrows on the very right of the research tiers. If you click it, it will skip past 4 or so tiers, and you can spam click it. Whenever I go to research something I will just double or triple click it and it will bring me right where I need to go.

oh I forgot about those arrows...but I still rather not click on it all the time and I think it's better if it's already at the last tier

It's really not very bad if you spam click the arrow. Just click about a half dozen times as fast as you can and it can bring you to, if not the end, the near end of the tree.

after several more fields, it doesn't exactly go to the end anymore, and that's kind of annoying

Example, on Shield Systems, I am on Statis Fields. When I click the arrow at the right, it doesn't go to that section. I have to click again to get to Statis Fields. Why can't it still go to the very last one?

arrow on your keyboard works also like a charm, dont see an issue here to be honest
