 New modification to the CM

Dan was wondering if you could make it possible to count the CM as a hostile action and have it add +1 to the disables of a players ship.

their is no way to prevent someone from using cm on your ship when they have 0 disables on them......

Or at the very least have it count as +1 disables if they use more than 3 on your ship in a 12 hr period.

I think it's better to make it only increase action when action is at or below 0.
While i feel the annoyance this can generate, it would also be kinda bad to make someone's action grow to like 200 from CM war~

The CM spammers are quite the annoyance! Something has to be done.

Agreed and I consent to that modification as well.... it should only take affect if they are at 0...... or below....... and if that the case it should make there disables 1 no mater what their actions are at. so 0 goes to +1 -5 goes to +1... never any higher.

Your suggestion of making it act a hostile action, which I'm guessing the addition to the player actions, you mean offensive action, when after 50 offensive actions in a 24 hour period you can no longer use a TM

CM used already add to the offensive actions.

What I want it to do is an actual disable to a players ship if they use it on you and they are below 0....


They can spam cm on you all night and you can not attack them back. that's all. Its to benefit those being harassed by CM. Because cm can not be fired while disabled. so if someone is harassing you many legions can keep a player down if there spamming cm.

And this would only add make your disables 1 if you were at 0 or below and used a cm on somone.

I'll give the idea +1, on the premise it does not include adding to offensive actions to make hitting the TM limit easier.

Oh, poor bubby. Did you disable someone 200 ranks below you and then did they turn around and CM your ship whilst you had all your good artis on?
