Wouldn't it be cool to command a second spaceship? Here is what i'm thinking: I think that there should be a mission chain that eventually should give a second spaceship. I can hear many of you already saying: we can't have a second spaceship cause then the high ranks would be more powerful, but just keep reading, ok? If there was this chain, that evetually gave you a second spaceship you could uppgrade its space with the points you get from artifacts ad each time you lvl up. If the space of this vessel is 100 when you first get it, you could uppgrade it to be more powerful, but this ship is not used for planetary invations or assisting you in a field of battle, no... This ship is used as a guard to your planets. If your planet is under attack, this ship will come to its aid and hold off the attackers for a little while so you have a chance to defende your planet.
The ship itself: - Can only hold 1/2 of your main ships stuff, that would mean: 4 cannons, 2 shield modules, 2 defence modules, 3 hull platings, but no scan or energy since this ship is only for planetary defence. - Can be uppgraded by using your rank points. - Will automaticly defend a planet. - Can be disabled like the main spaceship. - Adds it's cost to the daily upkeep.
Any thoughts on this?

1. the second ship should have scan, because it affect crit rate. Thou the scan would not add to main ship so it does nothing else. If you wanna pay the extra upkeep for the tiny boost~ it's ur choice. 2. It should have its own deck limit, and you should be able to install artifact based module on it as well as apply artifacts to it(like the ship-bots that many have piled up, or buff it up). Perhaps also half the # of max artifact module that can be put on such a ship(rounded up) 3. Alert links of any kind should also provide ability to target the sub ship, also able to hit the sub ship if found the main on BT. Thou killing the sub ship will provide NO rewards whatsoever. (this is equvilanet of being able to kill the guard via BT or alert w/o going through the planet to make planet pop easier to drop) 4. I don't like the auto guard function. Instead, considering that you will have to pay extra upkeep for this, here is what I believe is better: you can have an unlimited number of ships, thou the more of them u have, the more you have, the more upkeep you would have to pay. the ships themselves should have a minimal upkeep(to avoid semi-blank ship spam), say 20% of ur main ship upkeep or 50m whichever is higher. At the same time, each planet can only be guarded with ONE of your ship(main or sub). That way, if you can afford it, you can spread 50+ of those onto 50+ planets. 5. Disabled sub ship will need repair, this can be done via repair drone or regular repair. Regular repair will share repair timer with main ship(or you can just rotate guarding while waiting on cd) thou perhaps the repair timer will go to 3min instead of 5min when the repair is on a sub ship.
