Drannik Xiloy Encephalon is a key NPC, because its the only way to gain planetary traps that are worthwhile to use.

Planetary traps are key for pretty much every player out there, and to be brutally honest Alarm Sentry's don't provide s**t in the way of planetary defense when it comes to warding off those higher ranked players, but the added boost of a potential 5500 extra defense is something that could pain any rank, no matter their attack.

I would like to see this NPC receive the same treatment as Queen's and Fab Plant's, as one of the drops is needed no matter what rank you are.

fully agree on this one. alarm sentries and ALL the 'lesser' buffs you can throw on a planet, barely matter to anyone below 150...

I'm all for Increasing rank caps on NPCs.
Better still, make NEW NPCs for high ranks, with similar/boosted drops.

I think the last boss type of an npc type should be extended to 9999 like the lazuli npcs.
