I was just browsing through my planets yesterday, and i came across a planet with a name i didn't really like. To many times i've wanted to hange the name of that planet, but i never have. Therefore i think it would be a cool idea to add a new type of NPC with rarety of spawning at a new lvl. This enemy would spawn "Once in a blue moon"... I think this NPC would be great as a new race, and the drop would be a Reality Transfuser or Planet Name Contract? |

name contracts are dumb but reality fusers are rare so it would have to be a 1 off npc getting them all the time would just ruin it |

But was thinking like a rarity of "One in a blue moon" that is super rare, alot rarer that ext. rare and others... |
