Perhpaps making the Charged Exo-Clamp Provide +15 Atk +15 Def, as well as the current +15 Hull +10 Shield would be a better option rather than a new silver badge module, as i've always felt that 2 silver badges for such a pittance of hull and shield was rather alot, considering how much energy it can cost to get those 2 badges.
