i remember a while back reading that some bases have had enough extenders bought that they have a load of space going free. from what i've seen most bases tend to be focused on one production, so i was thinking maybe a new gp artefact that gave a base more production points, maybe just an extra 5 per level, so that the extra space could get filled up and allow legions to get more benefit from their base. not sure how much this could cost.

-1 that is what increasing your base level is for

and because level 8 bases have left over normal space with everything installed

+1 for new modules or increasing the special space though that is not big enough to fit everything
